12 Photos From a Vibrant Manhattanville Community Day This June 2024

Sunny skies, a cool breeze, and wonderful people were a recipe for a great neighborhood event on Columbia's Manhattanville campus on June 8.

June 11, 2024

While the past few Manhattanville Community Day celebrations have challenged us to have a blast even in rainy conditions, this spring's event on June 8 was as sunny, vibrant, and fun-filled as they come.

A performance connecting the brain, art, and wellness; DJ Stormin' Norman's sweet tunes; delicious noshes from local vendors with the Columbia University Small Business Development Center; a plethora of kids activities including hands-on STEM and art creations; health screenings, film viewings, and incredible community organizations tabling both indoors and out, made for a full day of fun (see full activity list here).

From impromptu dance-offs to moments of calm with soothing sound baths, there are so many moments of connection and community to look back on with joy.

Below, we've selected a few photos from the day that made us smile. Don't forget to share your photos from the day and tag us on Instagram @columbianeighbors!
