Current Phase of Construction: Curtainwall and Interior Fit-Out
- Noisy work should be expected during most days during this phase of construction.

- This phase is anticipated to be complete in Spring 2024.
What is Happening During the Next Two Weeks:
- Standpipe for fire suppression will be tested from the top of the building on Wednesday, April 24. While testing is performed, a hose will pour water off the top of the building onto the empty lot adjacent to 600 W. 125th Street.
- Utilities and the fire alarm system are being installed throughout the building.
- Elevator installation is substantially complete.
- The building enclosure contractor is completing the installation of exterior panels.
- Layout and installation of interior walls by carpenter.
- Small pump trucks will be used to install finished concrete floors.
- Installation of flooring, kitchen cabinets, millwork, tiling, and painting is in progress.
Studebaker Building Façade Repairs and Roof Replacement
- The Roof and FDNY platform punchlist will be completed and the contractor will demobilize from the roof by the end of April.
- The terracotta installation at the ground level will continue at both street elevations until the project's completion this summer. Expect medium to high levels of intermittent drilling noise. This noise will be more noticeable on the lower floors.
- The estimated completion is August 2024.
Please note that all activities are subject to change based on weather and other field conditions.
