Construction Update: Weeks of 11/2/26 and 11/9/26

Site at 125th Street and 12th Avenue

• Importing clean fill and topsoil to grade the site to meet new elevations
• Backfilling underground stormwater concrete structures and piping
• Soil compaction and testing
• Running conduits and piping for the new light poles 
• Installing piping for the irrigation system
• Integrated pest control sitewide

What to Expect

• Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Expect noise, vibrations, delivery of materials, and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
