Construction Update: Weeks of 11/9/26 and 11/16/26

Site at 125th Street and 12th Avenue

• Importing clean fill and topsoil to grade the site to meet new elevations
• Installing new sidewalk at 125th Street and 20-foot concrete walkway
• Planting trees and shrubs on the east planting area
• Commencing the installation of the new site perimeter fence
• Soil compaction and testing is ongoing
• Running conduits and piping for the new light poles 
• Installing piping for the irrigation system
• Integrated pest control sitewide

What to Expect

• Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. 
• Expect noise, vibrations, delivery of materials, and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
