Current Phase of Construction: Interior Fit-Out

  • Noisy work should be expected during most days during this phase of construction.
  • This phase is anticipated to be complete in winter 2024.

What is Happening During the Next Two Weeks:

  • Installation of flooring, terrace pavers and planters, kitchen cabinets, millwork, tiling, finishing drywall, and painting is in progress on upper floors.
  • The first phase of tenants is moving into the building.
  • Protection at 125th Street will begin to be removed at the end of October or early November, pending necessary approvals.

Studebaker Building Façade Repairs and Roof Replacement

  • The terracotta installation at the ground level will continue at both street elevations. Expect medium to high levels of intermittent drilling noise. This noise will be more noticeable on the lower floors.
  • The estimated completion is November 2024.
  • Sidewalk shed removal will begin on Wednesday, October 30th at the north elevation followed by the south elevation. The work should take 6-8 days to remove, weather permitting, and will create some intermittent noise.

Please note that all activities are subject to change based on weather and other field conditions.
