Site 7 (Western Site)
- Concrete is installed up to the roof and elevator machine room
- Egress stair pours are in progress
- Plumbing and ductwork are in progress up to level 6
- Spray on fireproofing is complete
- Curtain wall installation is partially up to level 7
- Interior wall installation is up to level 6
Site 6B (Eastern Site)
- Concrete slab placed up to level 8
- Curtain wall curbs and anchor installation are up to level 6
- Spray on fireproofing is up to level 6
- Exterior east elevation metal panels are installed up to level 4
- Interior wall layout is in progress
Below Grade Activity / W. 131st Street Utilities
- Tying new sanitary lines and storm lines into the Studebaker Building
- Pouring sidewalk on W. 131st Street. Road base completed.
- Streetlight work on W. 131st Street
- Plumbing and sprinkler piping ongoing at sub cellar 1 and 3 levels
- Installation of chilled water supply and return, and high-pressure steam main and condensate return piping installation in utility tunnel and sub-cellar 1 level
- Installation of masonry walls, concrete curbs, and equipment pads at sub-cellar 1 and 3 levels
- All air handling units were delivered to the site
- Sheet metal ductwork is ongoing in Site 7 and W. 130th Street
- Domestic water, sanitary, storm drainage, sprinkler, piping installation are ongoing
- Loading dock concrete placement on-going
W. 132nd Street Demolition Project
- Demolition of 3259 Broadway and 602 W. 132nd Street is complete. Grading lot.
- Installing new site fence
W. 125th Street South Side Demolition
- Site fence was installed at 614 W. 125th Street and 3191 Broadway
- Sidewalk bridge to be installed on Monday, October 28

What to Expect
Construction Activity
- Regular weekday work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Material deliveries to site is ongoing
Temporary Traffic and Transportation Impacts
- Refer to street signage for the west side of Broadway from 129th to 130th Streets -- parking is allowed after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends
- W. 131st Street between Broadway and 615 W. 131st Street is closed and will remain closed until the fourth quarter of 2019
