Site 6B (Eastern Site)
- Concrete slab placed up to level 8
- Spray on fireproofing is up to level 7
- Interior wall layout is in progress on levels 2 and 3
- Exterior east elevation metal panels are installed up to level 5
- Curtain wall curbs and anchor installation are up to level 6
Below Grade Activity / W. 131st Street Utilities
- Pouring sidewalk on W. 131st Street
- Asphalt paving and striping
- Working on Department of Environmental Protection punchlist for W. 131st Street
- Installing canopy for Studebaker Building on W. 131st Street
- Ongoing tying in new sanitary lines and storm lines into the Studebaker Building
- Plumbing and sprinkler piping ongoing at sub cellar 1 and 3 levels
- Installation of chilled water supply and return, and high-pressure steam main and condensate return piping installation in utility tunnel and sub-cellar 1 level
- Installation of masonry walls, concrete curbs, and equipment pads at sub-cellar 1 and 3 levels
- Sheet metal ductwork is ongoing in Site 7 and W. 130th Street
- Domestic water, sanitary, storm drainage, sprinkler, piping installation is ongoing
- West loading dock concrete placement ongoing
- L1 Plaza cricket and waterproofing work ongoing

W. 125th Street South Side Demolition
- Sidewalk bridge to be installed
