August is National Wellness Month, a time to focus on mental and physical wellness. At its core, this month is a reminder to prioritize self-care and create healthy habits for daily life. Whether through regular exercise, a balanced diet, mindfulness, or good sleep, the goal is to find enjoyable and sustainable habits that positively impact your life.

Your wellness journey can also be enriched by being in community with others. All through August, organizations Uptown are putting together free wellness series, pop-ups, block parties, and more fun events where local residents can work towards their health and wellness goals together.
