• Integrated pest control sitewide
• Mobilization of heavy equipment, pending NYC Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) approval
• Trenching for soil remediation, pending NYC OER approval

• Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Expect noise and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
