- Concrete is installed up to the roof and elevator machine room
- Egress stair pours are in progress
- Elevator rail installation to begin in December
- Plumbing and ductwork are in progress up to level 10
- Curtain wall installation is in progress on levels 3 through 11
- Interior wall layout and framing in progress up to level 10
Site 6B (Eastern Site)
- Concrete slab placed up to level 9
- Spray on fireproofing is up to level 7
- Interior wall layout and framing is in progress through level 3
- Exterior east elevation metal panels are installed up to level6
- Curtain wall curbs and anchor installation is up to level 6
- Exterior wall panels are expected to be on site
Below Grade Activity / W. 131st Street Utilities
- Working on Department of Environmental Protection punchlist for W. 131st Street
- Domestic water, sanitary, storm-piping and fixtures installation is ongoing
- Sprinkler system installation is in progress
- Installation of chilled water supply and return, and high-pressure steam main and condensate return piping installation in utility tunnel and sub-cellar level 1
- Fire alarm system installation is in progress
- Installation of masonry walls, concrete curbs, and equipment pads at sub-cellar levels 1 and 3
- All air handling units are on site and installation is in progress
- The W. 130th Street energy transfer room equipment installation is ongoing
- Sheet metal ductwork is ongoing in Site 7, Site 6B and W. 130th Street
- West Loading dock development ongoing
- L1 Plaza cricket and waterproofing work ongoing
- Block filler and floor sealant ongoing
- Installation under side of ramp ongoing
- Top down wall construction ongoing in Site 7, sub-cellar level 1

What to Expect
Construction Activity
- Regular weekday work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Material deliveries to site is ongoing
Temporary Traffic and Transportation Impacts
- Refer to street signage for the west side of Broadway from 129th to 130th Streets -- parking is allowed after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends
- W. 131st Street between Broadway and 12th Ave. is opened for one-way westbound traffic
