Site 7 (Western Site)

• Concrete is installed up to the roof and elevator machine room
• Egress stair pours are in progress
• Plumbing and ductwork up to level 6
• Spray on fireproofing is up to level 11
• Curtain wall installation is partially up to level 7
• Interior wall installation up to level 5

Site 6B (Eastern Site)

• Concrete slab placed up to level 8
• Curtain wall curbs and anchor installation are up to level 5
• Spray on fireproofing is up to level 6
• Exterior east elevation framing for metal panels is up to level 4
• Interior wall layout is in progress

Below Grade Activity / W. 131st Street Utilities

• Street light work on W. 131st Street
• Road and sidewalk demolition and excavation on W. 131st Street
• Tying new sanitary lines and storm lines into the Studebaker Building
• Installing IT conduits on W. 131st Street
• Coring penetrations for laterals at the Studebaker Building
• Plumbing and sprinkler piping ongoing at sub cellar 1 and 3 levels
• Installation of chilled water supply and return, and high pressure steam main and condensate return piping installation in utility tunnel
• Installation of masonry walls, concrete curbs, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) pads at sub-cellar 1 and 3 levels
• Beam penetrations for CDS units (a unit that captures and treats stormwater runoff onsite before entering the city's sewer system)
• Overhead conduits and concrete structrual supports ongoing
• Tower crane slab in-fill
• MEP equipment rigging ongoing
• Site 6B and Site 7 loading dock development
• Insulation under side of ramp
• Masonry trade mobilizing

W. 132nd Street Demolition Project

• Clean up of debris of 3259 Broadway and hauling debris offsite
• Installing new site fence

W. 125th Street South Side Demolition

• Temporary power and light installation
• General cleaning
• Installing construction fence at warehouse
• Installing sidewalk bridge at warehouse and guard booth

Please note that all activities are subject to change based on weather and other field conditions.

What to Expect

Construction Activity

• Regular weekday work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
• Material deliveries to site is ongoing

Temporary Traffic and Transportation Impacts

• Refer to street signage for the west side of Broadway from 129th to 130th Streets -- parking is allowed after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends
• W. 131st Street between Broadway and 615 W. 131st Street is closed and will remain closed until the fourth quarter of 2019
