12 Connection-Filled Photos From Manhattanville Community Day 2025

Rain came down outside, but that made for an even more communal atmosphere inside at the annual celebration on June 7.

A downpour outside could not stop the community-making inside at Manhattanville Community Day on June 7, which took place across Columbia's Manhattanville campus. Young and old, community vendors and Columbia organizations, the arts and sciences all converged to make lemonade out of a lemon-y weather day in New York City.

From a film screening with a '20s twist to sidewalk STEM sessions for youth, delicious food from beloved members of the Harlem Local Vendors Program, and community organizations tabling across campus, there was quite a lot of fun to be had away from the rain (see full activity list here).

Below, we've selected a few photos from the day that emphasize the power of community connection. Don't forget to share your photos from the day and tag us on Instagram @columbianeighbors.
