Construction Update: Weeks of 9/14/26 and 9/21/26

Site at 125th Street and 12th Avenue

• Demolition of slurry-wall guide walls along 125th Street. Work may cause some noise and vibrations.
• Installation of underground stormwater concrete structures and piping will commence
• Surveying for different soil types
• Trenching for soil remediation and separating trenched construction items
• Trucking soil and concrete debris off-site to disposal facilities
• Integrated pest control sitewide

What to Expect

• Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Expect noise, vibrations, delivery of materials, and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
