Construction Update: Weeks of 9/21/26 and 9/28/26

Site at 125th Street and 12th Avenue

• Removal and hauling of debris from slurry-wall guide walls demolition.
• Demolition of existing slab on grade on the west part of the site. Work may cause some noise and vibrations.
• Grading of the site to meet new elevations.
• Installation of underground stormwater concrete structures and piping.
• Trenching for soil remediation and separating trenched construction items.
• Trucking soil and concrete debris off-site to disposal facilities.
• Integrated pest control sitewide.

What to Expect

• Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Expect noise, vibrations, delivery of materials, and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
