Inspired by James Baldwin’s "A Letter to My Nephew," featured in The Fire Next Time, we will explore, share, and amplify thoughts about identity and the world. 
Engage in theater and creative writing activities to embolden the power of your words to create waves of change. 

All participants will end the workshop with the start of a letter, or another piece of creative writing, to be submitted to NYPL's James Baldwin Teen Creative Contest.
