Summer can be a time for relaxation and enjoying the sunshine but it can also be a time to worry about heat-related illnesses. Heat stroke, the most severe of the heat-related illnesses can even be deadly. It is important to learn about these heat-related conditions and what you can do to prevent them. 

Join the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series and the Harry Belafonte 115th Street Library for this virtual seminar to understand the signs, symptoms, and treatment methods for heat-related illnesses. The event will also discuss what you can do to help keep yourself safe in the summer and address some common myths.
