Join New York Public Library (NYPL) for the MyNYCHA Workshop, a collaboration between NYCHA and NYPL, which will educate NYCHA residents about MyNYCHA (www.nyc.gov/MyNYCHA).
MyNYCHA enables residents to create, schedule, and manage repair requests; subscribe to outage alerts; view inspection appointments; pay rent; and more through a website or free smartphone app. Participants will learn how to use MyNYCHA, and will also learn about other valuable resources at NYCHA, such as digital kiosks at property management offices where residents can pay rent, submit work orders, and recertify income. Attendees are encouraged to follow along on their devices during the presentation.
There will also be an in person session at the George Bruce branch on Wednesday, November 8th and an online event on Thursday, November 2nd.
