Harlem Wellness Festival (New Date!)

We've got a new date, and lots more partners! for the Harlem Wellness Festival -- our move-and-stretch party in Marcus Garvey Park, where you'll get to know Harlem's local fitness & wellness businesses, plus map out your wellness routine for spring and summer.

If you registered for our previous date, your ticket's still good! However, if you haven't RSVP'd yet for the new date, Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., please sign up in advance on Eventbrite.

We'll have two Fitness Zones with a lineup of FREE classes ranging from dance to yoga, boxing to strength training, and kettlebells to meditation. Plus a Wellness Row, where you'll get to know each small business and sample offerings, including one-on-one demos, beauty, acupuncture, and plant-based nutrition.
