Community CHAT: Healthcare Navigation (Ages 65+)
Join Community Columbia Health Awareness Talks (CHAT) for a presentation focused on healthcare navigation, designed to help older adults better understand how to access care, communicate with providers, and make informed health decisions. The session is open to adults ages 65 and older.
Community CHAT connects community members with Columbia University Irving Medical Center experts for conversations about health topics that matter most locally. Talks are offered in English and Spanish, with additional live translation available as needed, and are designed to build knowledge and support healthy decision-making.
