Community members are invited to attend a Community Columbia Health Awareness Talk (Community CHAT) on general health and primary care at the Spreading Love Foundation’s Health Hub Event. This session will offer practical information about maintaining overall health and building a relationship with a primary care provider. It is open to all ages. 

Community CHAT is an initiative of the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Office of Community Health. The program brings Columbia University Irving Medical Center faculty to community-based organizations across Upper Manhattan and the Bronx to share accessible, interactive health talks on topics selected by residents.
