Community CHAT: Bone/Joint Health & Longevity (Ages 65+)
Community members ages 65 and older are invited to attend a Community Columbia Health Awareness Talk (CHAT) on bone and joint health and longevity. The presentation will cover ways to maintain mobility, prevent injury, and support long-term musculoskeletal health.
Community CHAT connects community members with Columbia University Irving Medical Center experts for conversations about health topics that matter most locally. Talks are offered in English and Spanish, with additional live translation available as needed, and are designed to build knowledge and support healthy decision-making.
