During this season of giving, please consider donating to the 27th Annual Columbia Community Service (CCS) Toy Drive. Ease the burden for families who must choose between buying food and buying toys for their children. This year’s Drive will run from Monday, November 10 through Wednesday, December 17 and will support nine community organizations that work with children. 

This initiative has been championed by the Office of the President for many years, and as a result, employees have donated thousands of new, unwrapped toys. Toy donations can be dropped in person at the following locations or ordered and delivered to the following address: Columbia Community Service, 535 West 116^th Street, 309 Low Library, New York, NY, 10027. You can also find a wish list of toy donations here.

The following locations will have containers to collect donations:

Morningside Campus:

• Columbia Law School: WJW 4th floor Student Lounge (1125 Amsterdam Ave)
• Dodge Fitness Center: To the right after turnstiles
• The Journalism School: The lobby of the main entrance
• Public Safety Office: Room 111, Low Library
• School of Social Work: The lobby on the first floor by the reception desk

Manhattanville Campus:

• Columbia Business School: The lobbies of both Kravis and Geffen Halls
• The Studebaker Building: The Lobby area, after the turnstiles
• Public Safety Office: 3270 Broadway

Teachers College:

• Whittier Hall: 1230 Amsterdam, security desk

Baker Athletics Complex:

• Main Lobby: 533 W 218th Street

This year, Book Culture, 2915 Broadway, will support the Toy Drive by collecting donations on behalf of CCS via their Giving Tree Program.

CCS is also collecting coats and hoodies through its 2025 Coat & Hoodie Drive.
