In-Kind Benefits are only available through the West Harlem Development Corporation (WHDC). The WHDC submits requests to Columbia University for In-Kind services. Meetings are held between the WHDC and Columbia University to review In-Kind Benefits requested by the WHDC and the value of such In-Kind Benefits. For more information, contact the WHDC.
