Inside Engineering invites students into SEAS labs to show them what engineering in practice looks like. Small groups of any age (from elementary through high school) will visit labs for a tour and short demonstration either after school, during the school day, or with a special event. Seeing lab equipment, workspaces, and engineers working on high-level problems is an exceptional opportunity for students, and one they likely would not get without access to a research university like Columbia. Groups range from eight to 20 students and visits typically last 60-90 minutes.
