The Eldersmile Program by Columbia University offers prevention, education, screening and treatment services for seniors in northern Manhattan through mobile van visits to senior centers, including Grant Houses and Manhattanville Houses. Site visits are coordinated in conjunction with the Senior Center and the Dental Services professionals. Faculty and students work together to provide care, which includes diabetes and hypertension screening for this high-risk population.
