Columbia University Care Access Project (CCAP) is a student-run clinic that strives to increase access to care for all people through providing free medical services, prescriptions, and infection screening. The clinic welcomes uninsured, insured, low income, and undocumented residents of Washington Heights and Upper Manhattan. CCAP is committed to the harm reduction philosophy which emphasizes reducing the negative consequences of high-risk behaviors without judgment.
