Harlem Wellness Center (run by Columbia Community Scholar Vivian Kurutz) and JCC Harlem join together to present an evening of fun and healing through drumming.

DRUMMING is fun AND: lowers blood pressure, boosts the immune system, stimulates the brain, promotes feel good hormones and more! This special event will be led by guest presenter Jeanne Ricks.

Bring your drum or percussive instrument. no worries if you do not have one, we'll provide you with an instrument to shake, rattle or beat.
