Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) in collaboration with Professor Juan Villar and community leaders, will hold a block clean up at Plazoleta Juan Pablo Duarte (Duarte Square Park), located on 170th Street, between Broadway and St. Nicholas Avenues, in Upper Manhattan.
Volunteers are needed to help clean up the community. This event is open to the public.
