Columbia Community Service supports organizations in Harlem and Morningside Heights, including many organizations providing educational programming and support for youth. To help ensure children are prepared with the tools they need to succeed in school, CCS is are supporting two local school supply drives.
Donate your books, pens, pencils, rulers, crayons, notebooks, backpacks, calculators, binders, and folders to school supply drives held by Graham Windham-Manhattanville Cornerstone and the Office of Public Safety at Columbia University. Donations will be used to help families, who struggle to meet their basic needs, obtain school supplies and be prepared for the reopening of school after a disrupted year of learning

The Back-to-School Drive at Graham Windham-Manhattanville Cornerstone is collecting monetary donations that will be used to help families that struggle to meet their basic needs to obtain school supplies. Donations can be made on their website by Friday, August 27.
Office of Public Safety
Supplies will be distributed at the 6th Annual Back-2-School event on Wednesday, August 25 hosted by the 26th Precinct Community Affairs and Manhattan Community Board 9 and sponsored by Columbia Community Service and the Office of Public Safety. The event will feature school supplies distribution, entertainment, refreshments, and other resources.
